Responsibility：

• Planning and design of tours on the themes of future skills
• development, sustainable development and family reconciliation and other topics of interest to schools, corporates and NGOs.
• Leading local and overseas tours
• Planning and executing media promotion, fundraising and community education programmes
• Communicating with donors, volunteers and members
• General administrative duties

Qualification：

• Excellent execution and organization skills;
• Outgoing and good at establishing new networks of partners and sponsors and consolidating existing ones;
• Ability to work independently and lead a team of volunteers
• Sharing the value and mission of the organisation (see our website www.harvest.org.hk and www.goharvest-travel.com.hk for details);
• Excellent command of spoken English and Chinese;
• Travelling to tour destinations will be necessary.

Treatment： 5-day work per week,
